Kept RPE low, felt good despite still having yesterday’s run in my legs. No stopping 😊. Can feel myself getting fitter. Consistency is starting to pay off i think

Great work Lou and so pleased you are starting to feel the benefits now of the consistency. That’s what it’s all about. My only feedback here would be try and avoid the back to back tough sessions if you can. That’s when problems can start to occur. So that would include Long Run & intervals. So it would be fine to do a 10k workout and a 40 min easy run the next day, but a 10k workout and long run (90 mins+) will increase the risk of injury. On weeks where it’s the only option due to availability that’s fine, but just wanted to point it out.
