Didn’t fancy doing a run on my own today so did a run with heart and sole runners.Went a bit faster and further than I intended.Did slow down near the end as my knee was hurting a bit.Did just over 15k .The results are actually on strava for once!

Well done Maria. Really impressed with this. I’d highly recommend Hastings Runners. Most of my lot are part of HR and often do a Sunday long run. In fact yesterday morning they did 90 mins in a big group. £20 a year, all the sessions are free (apart from track). Can be a little scary at first joining a club of that size, but the ability levels vary hugely from 16-40 min 5k runners, and everyone is lovely. Best decision I ever made joining the club and have met so many great people that way.
