Great run. I took it easy on the hills and had plenty in the bank at the end. Good to see Manami join the group and Daren join us half way. Felt good early in the week but took your advice and rested. Then on Thursday morning I woke up really tired. I think the body was letting me know it had worked hard and needed more rest. Recovering well.
