2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Hard to set a pace given the elevation. A tough route but a great race. Can be done as an easy run if you prefer. VIEW THE ROUTE.

Approach this with some caution, especially lap one. Lots of hazards out there. If you can increase the effort in the last 3rd then you can pick a few people off towards the end. Very best of luck.
