Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

I’m guessing the gym isn’t open? So a switch to Tuesday this week.

As the gym was very busy I had to use machines as they became available. Cardio – good, then did Chest Press – strong, moved onto Dumbbell Curls – strong, Tricep Dips – okay, then Shoulder Press – good, followed by Lat Pulldown – good and Seated Row – good Dead Bugs and Hip Thrusts – good, Plank challenging as I changed the order and my shoulders felt sore, Flutter Kicks – strong.

Well done Mark, no worries on switching things around. I’d say just be wary of trying not to do 3 core exercises or 3 arm exercises in a row if it can be avoided, but normally it will be fine. Another excellent session though.
