A really good session and chance to see if you can push the pace and hit 5k pace or a little under. This will test both your speed and endurance. The challenge is made tougher by slightly shorter recoveries.

Will be great to see you at track tonight. A simple session where we are looking to work hard, but be consistent with those splits.

These are definitely the sessions that will make the difference to your 5k time. It’s also a case of getting used to feeling uncomfortable when running. Much like you and Sue did with all those horrible half marathon sessions, only for Paddock Wood to be too hot and Hastings to be cancelled. Plenty more options where the 5k are concerned though. Well done Klare.
