An excellent opportunity to run a fast 10K. As with any 10k, be sure not to go off too fast, lots of the other runners will be, so settle into your target pace early on and then really dig deep after the turnaround.

10k PB already in the bank so no need to go chasing here. If I were you I’d try and find someone to pair up with as it can get quite lonely back along that Cooden Road. A good chance to push the fitness up another notch by working hard, without any pressure of getting a quick time. Sometimes that approach leads to excellent results. Good luck!
