Not a race to be worrying about pace. The hills at the end and the underfoot conditions make this is a tough long run. So treat it as that. Certainly don’t be judging yourself post race based on the finish time or pace. If you can do 15 miles here then you should be very proud, whatever the time. Best of luck Sue.
