I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load.

Flat this week would be preferable to save the legs for Sunday. No need for Strides this week as we’ve hit the training load target and the short hills reps have a similar effect.

Got back on it nice and easy with the gang. Threw in some easy strides as well as not much else had been done this week so thought they wouldn’t hurt 😊 Had to give a new pair of shoes a run out before Sunday as well, all good so hopefully Sunday will be fun🤞
