Flat sea front bimble, 45 min, strides, 10 min. Took it really easy following injection, but still tire easily and need to do some breathing work. Lovely to have Ben back. Strides were form based until knee ready.

Well done Su. Hopefully as we introduce some more miles the breathing will get easier. Trying to find a rhythm with the breathing is the main thing, but I appreciate it can be difficult when it’s meant to be “easy” and you’re breathing quite hard. But excellent work and glad the injection went ok.
