Unfortunately traffic was against me and I couldn’t get to Bimble in time. However a cheeky like change in plan and it got done on Friday morning in the nice weather. Muscles were a little tight for the first two miles but I feel like this is quite standard for me after a race or intense run now 😂 so we ignore it and move on. Determined to complete the week, no excuses
