Bimble💙 & Strides

LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Bimble Pace (RPE: 3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

A nice easy bimble, felt good tonight. Caitlin on the other hand really slowed Sue A up, so no more of that as Sue is doing so well. Where we go with Caitlin I don’t know 😳. Jamie I’ve nagged to get in touch, treadmill seems to be his best friend! Although should be running down to Parkrun tomorrow. Have a good one, and sit up straight! Not said that in a while.

I was slouching so it worked. Yeah it’s difficult to know how to integrate someone into a group when they are some way off. The best way would be for Jamie to go out and do shorter runs with her to build up her fitness so she’s eventually able to run with you lot. Not really fair on Sue if it halts her progress, given what she’s been through. Jamie did leave some feedback so that was all good. How effective the treadmill sessions are it’s hard to tell but the fact he’s putting in the effort with his fitness is great and hopefully creating some lifelong habits. Well done Su. Keep nagging 😂
