60 Mins @ Bimble Pace (RPE: 3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

I’ve left out the Friday sessions this week to give you a bit of extra rest ahead of the Sunday long run!

Lovely battle trail loop from Lou, just a lovely easy plod. Have to admit to no strides ( not as dedicated as Sue A obviously) as it was getting late. But lots of hills and 15 mins extra. ๐Ÿ˜Š

So glad you enjoyed this. To be honest the extra 15 mins and hills will have made up for the missing strides. So no worry about that. There are not many as committed to their plans as Sue A, so I wouldn’t worry about that. Even a week before her operation.
