Bimble๐Ÿ’™ & Strides

LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Bimble Pace (RPE: 3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

๐Ÿ˜ Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Much better this week. Chatting with Andy he said he enjoyed it as we kept moving and I confessed that I had been a bit frustrated too with the stop start. Lovely run along the link road; nice and hilly and feeling strong. Strides at the end.

Glad this went better. Yeah I think it’s important to make it want it to be. In the past I’ve done Hastings Runners group runs where the run leader has had the whole group huddle together mid run to offer advice on where they are going next whilst I’ve run around them in circles just to keep moving ๐Ÿ˜‚ Eventually others began joining me. Well done Sue.
