I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Nice enjoyable Bimble. Only did 5 strides as felt a bit dizzy after third one and didn’t feel that I could continue with only 60 secs rest after fifth one. Possibly went too fast, but running with Andy and wasn’t faster than him. Felt okay after a short rest and did last few minutes of the easy hour.

Well done Ben, keep an eye on that dizziness. Lack of fuelling perhaps or hydration. Does seem odd, but hopefully just a one off.
