So rather than talk about body combat. Dead bugs…. Simon was throwing all arms and legs about oll over the place and I said that’s not how your supposed to do it 🤣 he defo needs to do more strength work 🤣

😂 I love that description, throwing arms and legs all over the place. That made me laugh and put a nice little image in my head. It does take some co-ordination that one and I’m sure he’s not the only one who struggled at first.
