Body Combat

30-45 Mins @ Varied RPE

It can be good to mix up your strength and condition, finding a class which you enjoy can make a big difference. Body Combat can certainly be fun and energising.

Hopefully once things settle down a bit you can find a routine again. No pressure from me and here for as much support as you need. Try not to work too hard would be my advice (says the man who’s had 1 week off in 2 years 🤦‍♂️) It’s always the risk when running your own business. But I think there is a reason most people work 40 hours a week.

PACE

Done this, also done Pilates in the morning, bit of stretching which is good. I’m having a break from my watch 😆

It’s good to sometimes detach from the tech, especially if it causes you any anxiety about paces & splits etc. But really well done. 2 days into the week and you’ve done 4 sessions, the only thing I would say is just be wary of not overdoing things, but you’ve certainly kick started this week in great form.
