Body Combat

It can be good to mix up your strength and condition, finding a class which you enjoy can make a big difference. Body Combat can certainly be fun and energising.

Is this on because it’s Bank Holiday Monday? I notice the gym is open from 8am – 8pm which is pretty impressive given it’s a bank holiday.

Yeah both this and Pilates were on. I’m actually really pleased with my Pilates progress. I held a side plank for 30 seconds! 3 weeks ago I couldn’t do a side blank!

Ah brilliant. I think Pilates will really help. Side planks are a great workout for runners. That means you won’t need to do that extra Friday session I keep putting in the plan. Excellent work Lou.
