Brighton Half Marathon

LOAD: 700

13.1 Miles @ HM Pace (RPE 6-8)

Try and stay patient at the start as it can get crowded. Stick to your goal pace early on and it should feel easy. Dig deep in those final 5km to achieve your goal.

My trusty pace sheet says sub 1:40, so perhaps look to tuck in with a pacer group if you can and then empty the tank the last 5k. One to go and enjoy really and not build too much pressure or expectation. We know you are running well though so it should be a good experience. Best of luck!

Smashed it, so pleased, try to keep the pace consistent throughout and ignore the tiredness. So good to exceed the target and run my 2nd best HM time.

Amazing. So well deserved for your hard work and patience. Bottle that finish line emotion for future races too. That’s honestly my goal this weekend, I want to cross the line having worked so hard I want to cry, regardless if I PB or not. So thank you for the inspiration.
