BRT Intervals

LOAD: 300

10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Main Session as per Group
 (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

BRT Wednesday sessions are great and highly recommend them. A good alternative to track or the Tuesday session. Work hard to make gains.

Keep me posted on these sessions, that way if the training load is lower we can tweak something later in the week. TL = Time x RPE. So if you ran for a total of 20 mins at 8/10 effort that would be 160 + (50 WU/CD) = 210.

This felt hard. 100 metre of sprinting at the end of doing tempo for 200,300,400 x2 Then abit easier pace but continued with the sprints.

Yikes, that does sounds tough. Good to push the pace again though after the recent taper and recovery week. Can sometimes take a few weeks to get back into the swing of things. Hope you have a good trip this weekend.
