BRT Intervals

LOAD: 300

10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Main Session as per Group
 (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

BRT Wednesday sessions are great and highly recommend them. A good alternative to track or the Tuesday session. Work hard to make gains.

More for the social side than the training effect here as I think it’s important to approach this with caution and not push too hard. You’re body still might be at greater risk of injury so soon after Brighton. I’d honesty keep Milton Keynes quiet on this occasion as some people will question the decision so soon after Brighton. Imagine how good it will feel posted a good time on that Bank Holiday Monday when no-one is even expecting it. I’m excited and love your determination to get right back at it.

Great work Jack. That’s a quick turnaround and recovery from Sunday which is pleasing. No doubt a few will question what we are up to doing so much the week after a marathon, but we know differently 😉
