BRT Wednesday sessions are great and highly recommend them. A good alternative to track or the Tuesday session. Work hard to make gains.

No Tuesday evening session as HR have a race so I have included this. Although let me know if you’d prefer a different option.

This was Hastings AC track session. This was 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 minutes with 3 minutes being 5k pace and 5 minutes being 10k pace, felt really strong and could push on at the end. Will be doing more of these to be around the quicker runners!

Yeah I think this will be the best session for you, simply due to the fact there are quicker runners there for you to test yourself again and that will help with motivation but also push your levels. The only reason I stopped going was I introduced my own Tuesday session due to the demand, if that wasn’t on, I would still be doing AC track sessions. Great work Jack.
