Circuits

Exercising in a group can be more fun. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if unsure on any of the drills and exercise routines.

One tip I heard the other day is that the strength work we do today is for our future self in 5 years time. So if motivation is ever low, ask yourself who do you want to be in 5 years time, and that might do the trick. Have a great session.
