So did this at Bannatynes it was 9.15 for 30 minutes!! Really liked it actually!! It was quick and there was no faffing between stations.

Sounds like my type of session. As I said when you are self employed those extra mins become quite valuable, so if you can get a good workout done in 30 mins rather than 60 then it’s even better. Great job Lou.
