Circuits

Exercising in a group can be more fun. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if unsure on any of the drills and exercise routines.

I would rest up Monday truth. You’re body is going to need that time to repair those muscle fibre tears from Sunday’s race.

Started off feeling quite strong with the circuits. But got quite tired during the boxing. It’s always hard but felt particularly tonight. Probably a little fatigued still but enjoyed doing it. Lots of squats today and lunges but got through the exercises with no issues.

Well done Andy. Another excellent session by the sounds of it. It can take a week to fully recovery from a big half marathon, especially when you’ve pushed for a PB, so that’s probably why it felt that little bit harder tonight.
