Quite a tough session as been a bit out of practise with the boxing. He circuits had lot of lunges and squats also. Got through it fine though and pleased with my effort.

It’s good that it’s tough as we need that overload, followed by the rest & recovery to make adaptations. The time to worry would be if you went to a session like this and it were too easy. So well done Andy.
