Circuits

Exercising in a group can be more fun. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if unsure on any of the drills and exercise routines.

A very busy week and no doubt it looks a bit daunting taking it all in at once, but all the runs are fairly short. It’s that cumulative effect that will help and over the next few there are fewer runs because of Sunderland half.
