Done this. We had a single leg deadlift, and we had kettle bell swings which I did with 12kg! Nick said you won’t do that! I said you watch me I’ve got legs of steel! Which is exactly how I got achy legs for the 5k 🤣 but no I was fine! He won’t be out weighted by me which is actually quite funny because I’m not weak for a girl!

They are great exercises for runners, so really good to have as part of the circuits. Just be a little wary of any challenges like that or trying to prove a point. It only takes one mistake and an extra 2kg and you could really do yourself some damage. But yes 12kg is impressive, I’m not sure I could manage that without hurting myself. Well done Lou.
