Circuits

Exercising in a group can be more fun. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if unsure on any of the drills and exercise routines.

One of the things we’ve not discussed is nutrition. I’m sure it’s something you are looking into given your goals, but just wanted to check. Recovery is basically sleep and good nutrition. It’s important we get them right otherwise we undo some of the good work we put into our training.

No problems or issues. With nutrition, I am trying to improve, I do have some weight to lose so I have been tracking calories, not 100% strictly but to try and improve what I am eating.

Well done Sarah. That’s good to hear. I think it just comes down to making good choices. We need to enjoy our food as well, but a balanced diet will make a big difference to your running. Great work on the class by the way.
