Kent Relays

LOAD: 250

15 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

3 Miles Approx @ 5k Pace (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

I think relays are great training as you are always likely to push yourself that little bit harder when you have team mates to run for. It’s still important to know your own pace and not go off too fast.

Possibly a bit too soon in the plan to see much improvement in pace but you have that target from 2 weeks ago to aim for (assuming conditions are similar)

Horrendous but we got it done 💪🏻

It must have been awful. Sometimes it’s just a case of getting it done, ignore the metrics and move on. Would have been a lot of runners who didn’t leave their front doors yesterday, so we’ve made gains on all of them. Well done Adam.
