Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

Definitely keep it easy if you ran hard on Thursday.

Wanted to do a sub 26 today just for a bit of consistency at nibbling away at my times post op. Nothing too silly but conditions were quite nice so I made the most of it. 8.11 overall pace and slightly better stride length of 1.0 m 😊 and some nice e even splits of 8.15, 8.15 & 8.10 for a change. Not a bad morning at the office after Thursdays race.
