Easy parkrun

parkrun @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

If the weather is good and you’re desperate to run a fast one we could ditch the Friday run, but again, recovery week is the priority here then we can kick on and push the training load over the next 3 weeks.

2 km WU, then park run with Fayth and the kids, then 9km trail loop on Combe valley. Lovely morning!
