Easy parkrun

parkrun @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

We kind of know where the fitness is at with a recent parkrun time of 21:50. There’s not much to be gained from going to parkrun and working really hard and running that exact time again. With two sessions already done, keep this easy, enjoy being part of the pack for a change.

Nice pace. We might need to slow down some of these parkruns from time to time, but I appreciate that takes some practice too. I’ve had runners on the team who really struggle with this but notice the benefit when they do get it right. Well done Kevin.
