I think relays are great training as you are always likely to push yourself that little bit harder when you have team mates to run for. It’s still important to know your own pace and not go off too fast.

These sound fun and a decent enough distance to really push hard and make some gains. Good luck. Hope you have a great race.

Glad you enjoyed it. It’s actually really hard to find that extra pace sometimes so I wouldn’t be too disappointed. Hopefully as we do some shorter reps, 200s and 1 mins in the plan you might find come the end of the summer you’ll be able to do one of these quicker. Well done though Adam.
