Forgot to add as completed! Split over 2 days as Thursday was a mighty long working day.

No worries. Much better than not getting it done. If splitting into 2 I was always suggesting grouping the exercises together. So legs one day, core and arms the next. It’s how I do all my S&C these days. Little and often. 10 mins at a time, 6 times a week, works much better for me. Well done for getting it done.
