Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

Done (all except for the calf raises) and all seemed okay. The workout as a whole didn’t feel too bad. Had to push for the last 5 seconds or so on the last two exercises.
