Full Body Gym Workout

LOAD: 15

Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

These sessions should be do-able in 45 mins. If you have more time and wanted to do a little more just say. I’ve not put any weights in yet because not sure of the level you’re at. So if you could feedback that to me this week, I’ll add it onto next weeks S&C sessions.

Lat Pull down 3 x 10
Squats 3 x 10
Chest Press 3 x 10
Hip Thrusts 3 x 10
DeadLift 3 x 10
Step Ups 3 x 10
Leg Curl 3 x 10
Ab Crunch 3 x 10
Bent Knee Calf Raises 3 x 10
Forward Lunge and Rotation 3 x 10

That was a quality s & c session – loved the variety of it. Really feel like I pushed myself to the limit but I like that feeling now…I didn’t used to! The forward lunge and rotation is pretty tough! As I’ve found with all single leg exercises, I’m stronger on my right side.

Glad to hear that. Really well done and nice to hear we’ve found the right level. In terms of weights currently using. Could you send me that info and I’ll add it to the dashboard going forward. Excellent work Joe.
