At home again today but I’m getting better at being more disciplined when at home. Easier to go easy at home but I’m trying to be consistent!

Great work Kelly. There are some really good interval timer apps. I think the one I use is “Exercise Timer” and I’ve programmed my S&C into those and just follow the session on there. Stops me sitting and watching TV and having 2 mins recovery between sets, which I know would happen. Or following a You Tube channel is another good way for motivation. But great that you’re still getting these done.
