Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

If you have bank holiday plans then perhaps move this onto Wednesday but without ASPT would be good to get some work in. If the legs are tired from the long run, some core & arms would be good.

Went to the gym yesterday – did the usual Bulgarians and squats with weight. Plus some deadlifts and single leg deadlifts also did a bit of core with dead bugs and Russian twists. didn’t go as hard as last week – that killed me for a few days and this is supposed to support everything else, not leave me unable to run!!

That’s a really important thing to appreciate, that the S&C supports the running. If you are consistent you’ll still make some good gains, but ultimately if you push too hard then injury is likely. Sounds like a good session with the key exercises in there. So great job Sue.
