Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

Consistency, consistency, consistency. I was listening to a really good interview with a top running coach this week and he discussed how S&C can be damaging for runners if we do too much. Simple exercises are best and it means we don’t exhaust ourselves in the gym for the actual running sessions.
