Still haven’t had a chance to get down the gym but was determined to do some S&C this week. As I’m doing rye to Hastings tomorrow thought it best to give that legs a rest but went pretty hardcore on that arms and Core.. gonna feel it tomorrow but hoping that will distract from everything else 😅

Very sensible to do that. Rest the legs ahead of tomorrow. Hopefully those arms don’t hurt too much tomorrow and you don’t have to hammer every S&C session by the way. All about consistency. Well done though Kelly and best of luck in the Rye to Hastings.
