Really starting to enjoy the gym and have found some confidence. Still don’t like the machines much, but the variety of free weights makes for a good workout. Squats, glute bridges, step ups, presses and rows. Finishing with some core work and stretching.

My ex brother in law was a PT once, at Helenswood and he said the machines are such are not the best way to get fit. Some of them are ok, but generally they are too specific and as you are doing here, you’ve better off using the free weights. Really pleased you are enjoying the gym and the confidence is growing. Hip thrusts are a good one if they have a set up there. That’s a natural progression of the glute bridge and allows you to add more weight. Excellent work Sue.
