Legs feel heavy and tired this morning. Niggles in both knees . Squats aggravate any knee niggle in get so swap those exercises to other leg exercises. Couldn’t get on the stairs master so did rower instead . Will do Stairmaster Thursday instead of rowing. Yesterday I was positive today I see bee the same as two years ago as negative so feel down about yesterday run. Everyone else seemed to have improved yet after all my hard work i have gone backwards.

To be honest, this was probably my fault and you might just have needed the rest after that tough race yesterday. So blame me for this one. It’s normal to feel fatigued after a race. I take the blame here. Sometimes if you do fee tired, don’t be afraid to sit out a session or reschedule it to later in the week. See how you feel tomorrow. But if you need extra rest, take it. And don’t worry too much, yesterday was a big positive, so I feel like you are getting back on track.
