Full Body Gym Workout

LOAD: 15

Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

The logical thing to do this week is practice the exercises you’ll be doing in the Deka next week, albeit with less intensity.

The Deka session was hard, I don’t know what I was thinking signing up for it 😅 It was blooming hot though so that didn’t help

The heat makes everything much more challenging. But yes, signing up for an event like that with very little preparation is a risky play. Especially given your niggles. So please be careful.
