Did a combination of the two sessions, but obviously not all of the exercises. Got the right balance between legs, core and upper body. Pleased with my training today. And that’s on top of the 2 small sessions I’ve done at home this week, which consisted of planks, sit ups and wall sits

Nice work Joe. Yeah it’s good to get some done at home as well when you can and basic exercises like the plank and wall sit are so underrated. Social media can fuck right off with all it’s fancy exercises. If I tried most of them I’d snap a muscle. Rant over.
