Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

It feels like a really hectic schedule right now, I think that’s largely down to the low training load of each session. Very important you give yourself at least one full day of rest, if not 2 somehow.

Again I was a bit short on time today so focused on the key exercises squats /deadlifts/glute bridges.
