Gave myself a target pace before I set out of 7:20 MP and 6:40 HMP and smashed it.

Nice, I really enjoy training with these pace targets, just gives more meaning to each session and makes it challenging but interesting. This is one of my favourites as it’s mostly quite comfortable but you feel like you’re running well and then that last 5k you do need to ramp it up a touch. So glad you enjoyed it and another excellent session ticked off. Nice to see you were able to run with your brother as well on what was a beautiful evening. Great job Danny.
