A good session to mix up paces. WU & CD very important to slowly build the pace. A flat route is ideal here if you can.

The best approach to scheduling when you are very busy is to first put the run with the highest pts on the day you have the most free time. So that might be the 140 mins on Sunday. Then take the next highest scoring session and try to slot that in, making sure there is a day off between the two. So always prioritise those key sessions and work backwards.
