A really good session to do the week of a half marathon. A chance to practice race pace at a lower volume and get some speed in the legs.

Great session this evening 😊 completed it all. Felt strong and worked hard. A little niggle in my right quad but hoping a few days rest and a massage all wiil be good on Sunday. Will see how it feels Friday and then decided if to go on a very gentle run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ 😊

Great work Michelle. A little unlucky there was no-one running the same pace as you this evening but you still smashed it. Yeah keep an eye on the quad. From experience we tend to worry too much about small niggles on race week and often on the day, once the adrenaline and excitement of the crowd takes other we soon forget it.
