2km WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

5km @ Half Marathon Pace
(RPE: 6)
3 minutes recovery

5 x 200 metres @ Target Time (RPE: 9)
60 second recoveries

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A really good session to do the week of a half marathon. A chance to practice race pace at a lower volume and get some speed in the legs.

Went a little to hard on the 5k 17:30 for that i think. But took the 3min recovery and was good to go for the 200m reps done all 5 within a second of each other so was happy with that. Legs wernt to bad to be fair they started to tighten up a little but more so on the recovery walks than the runs, as j right this (Wednesday morning) they feel fine so really promising for the weekend.

Possibly my favourite feedback this month and seems like things have fallen into place perfectly which is really exciting. I do like this session and will be using for pretty much everyone next week ahead of the HHM. Great work Steve.
