The big one!! For most of us at least. Try to have a clear pacing strategy and don’t go off too fast. The early hills will be tough, but if you dig deep and don’t panic, it’s gets easier once you hit the ridge. Go smash it!

Only a fraction slow as we were team running and reserving ourselves for the ultra. It was an amazing morning. So good running together and helping one another for whatever reason. Given me confidence for the ultra! Great time. Congrats on your marathon PB!
